All birds must be the bona-fide property of the exhibitor. |

No smoking allowed in the premises. |

The judges decision on all awards will be final. |

The show promoters reserve the right to appoint judges as necessary. |

Whilst every precaution will be taken, no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage to birds or equipment, however caused. |

Exhibitors must be fully paid up members to qualify for the Lanarkshire BS specials. |

No unofficial persons will be allowed into the hall during judging or handle any cages. |

Judging commences at 9:00 a.m. prompt - all birds to be staged by 8:45 a.m. Late arrivals may not be judged. |

No exhibit to be removed from the hall before the close of show. |

10 |
Any complaints will be dealt with by the show committee whose decision will be final. |

The interference of any exhibit by any unauthorised person is prohibited. |

Budgerigar Society bio security guidelines will be implemented as per guideline. |

13 |
Exhibitors entering birds at show and failing to attemd will forfeit fees. |

14 |
Any bird or cage found to be in poor condition will be rejected and the bird will be disqualified. Show managers decision is final. |

All prize money not collected on the day of show, shall be deemed as a donation to the Lanarkshire BS. |

All sales birds must be owner bred and be closed rung. |
